This recipe will yield 20 to 25 very vanilla cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar or the sweetener of your choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- 1 pre-heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
- 2 cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs.
- 3 add flour, baking powder and salt
- 4 add milk and beat well
- Divide evenly among pans and bake for 15 - 18 minutes. Let cool in pans
